We bought these for our family to go snorkeling in St. Thomas. They were much more reasonably priced than snorkeling vests and jackets. They were easy to store in our luggage for the plane trip and easy to carry to the beach. As parents, the belts gave us comfort with our kids, especially when the waters got a little choppy. They prolonged our snorkeling time because we did not get tired as quickly as those who did not have the belts. They were not too uncomfortable and we hardly noticed them when we were in the water. However, they are not the most fashionable beachwear.

By Kimberly Williams I bought these for my 4yr old grandtwins and they learned how to swim without support in a week. They like this swimbelt because it gave them enough support to keep their heads above water but they still had to do the work to swim and move about the pool. They also liked the fact that their arms were free and that there was no uncomfortable strap between their legs.

This belt worked fine for my son. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because it works up under the arms too high too easily. Otherwise, it was good.
