By george This is not a toy. This product is installed and working great. Easy setup and calibration. Dropping a toy in the pool sets off the alarm in about 5 seconds. So far no false alarms.

By tdeje I purchased this alarm basically because of its low price, and I found it to be a very good value. It is very loud when it goes off and I only had to adjust it twice. It is very important that you follow the instructions on where to mount the unit. It works just as good as the alarm my brother inlaw paid almost 200 bucks for.I recommend it !!

By sound dude This pool alarm is garbage. I spent a long time trying to calibrate it properly and it is basically useless. I have a 16' x 32' Oval pool and the alarm goes off when the filter turns on. I have followed all the directions in the poorly written manual - yeah the one with blurry pictures. If you want a better pool alarm- spend more money or buy something else. This was a waste of money. Terrible product. :(
