Beat the heat! Jun 05, 2009
By Johnson Every summer I end up buying a slip n slide as the previous years one is either worn out or has a hole in it. First off these are impossible to keep from getting holes in as they constantly move around on the grass and rub against rocks and other things. My kids love playing on it and setting it up is really easy. The challenge we always have is making sure the water stays pointing on the slide and not other directions. Being an extra wide one does present challenges especially if your water pressure isn't very high. The water will not spray the entire surface area and render the slide useless for 2 people. My kids are 10 and 7 and fit on it just fine together although most of the time they are doing it one at a time.

Received package... set it up a couple of weeks later and it is a piece of junk! Water barely sprays out the way it is suppose to. Have always used single and have never had a problem, but this was a big disappointment. Also, there appeares to be a sharp edge somewhere that is slicing the kids as they tryed to slide down and make the best of whatever water was trickling out. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I sent this to my grandchildren for a summer present and they could not wait to get out and play on it. I have to say after seeing pictures of them and talking to them I know this is going to be their favorite summer toy. My daughter told me it is made well and is just perfect for ages 3 and up. The girls love the fact that it is a double slide and they don't have to wait for each other to get out of the way so they can take their turn. This was a well spent [...] dollars and I would highly suggest it to those of you who plan on spending more time at home this summer instead of hitting the beaches. Can't go wrong for the money.

By T-Rex 5 This toy was fun for the first hour...and then it ripped out. The product is very poorly designed, instead of having the hose attachment at the beginning of the slide, the hose attachment is at the end of the slide and directly over the part the children slide over. So of course the hose attachment ripped out quickly. Very disappointing.
