We have owned this Wet 'N Wild Splash Rocket for years and it is always a favorite for all ages!! It's great fun to use with or without water and easy for even the youngest children to enjoy. This is a toy that a young child can use by themselves and feel such a sense of accomplishment as their rocket flies up in the air! A parent or older child can easily make this fly higher than a 2 story house!! I recently bought one for our neighbor's birthday and it performs MUCH better than a similar product made by Air Hogs. Great gift idea!!!!

My 3-year-old loves this toy. We had the foam handheld rockets, which he loves, so when I found this, I thought it would be great for him - and it is!
You can use this toy with or without water.
With water, it doesn't go near as high as without. And there isn't that much water that comes out. It sprays enough to be fun, but you certainly won't get soaked like it leads you to believe.
Without water, make sure you aren't near trees or the house because it can go really high.
Also, in the description/reviews, it sounds like a child can shoot it, but my 3-year-old doesn't have enough weight/strength to squish the bladder enough quickly to shoot it.
The review sounds a little negative, but honestly, we've played so much with this and it is a ton of fun! Highly recommend.
