5Durable, gret for the toddler set  May 23, 2004 By The Pod "sharybear"
I bought this pool for my son and this is the third year that we've used it. Believe it or not, my very active son has outgrown this pool before even one hole has appeared!!! This pool has endured lots of acrobatic jumping and even made an appearance at a 'Gross' birthday party for 15 kids as the slime pit. It still doesn't have a puncture!! My son is 7 this summer and he is actually too big for it (he likes to jump in it and since he is 52 inches tall this pool is too small for that activity). I never expected when I bought this pool that I would be 'handing it down' to someone else years later!

5First pool!  Jul 01, 2002 By Annie George
My husband and I wanted to buy a pool for our 14 month old. After reading the other reviews on this pool we decided to get it. It was easy to inflate and it's really a nice size for the price. We were all able to fit in it and could have even had a few more bodies in there. Our little guy seemed to really enjoy it. We look forward to many more lazy summer days in the pool! We would definitely recommend this to others.

5The kids love it  Jun 15, 2001
We just took it out for a test drive today. My 2 yr old and 1 yr old absolutely love it! Place it on the grass because when they get moving in there and slip and fall, you'll be glad you did. It's wonderful for the price!

4Great for Kids !  Jun 13, 2001 By Theresa Malone
This is a great pool for kids. I didn't think it was going to be very big. I have had my 2 girls, 3 & 5, and the neighbor's kids, 5 & 7 in it at the same time. They all had a great time. I can even stretch out in it !! I highly recommend it, especially for the sale price...

5Maintenance tips for a great pool!  Jun 26, 2010 By K. Ho "coffeebean93"
Great pool for the price, especially because you don't need to buy the pump. We've used a hairdryer (set to cool), an air mattress pump and even the blower to a Little Tikes Bouncer ... all methods work great and can inflate the pool in less than 5 minutes. The seal doesn't have to be perfect, just hold whatever inflation device you've got up to the hole, and you're in business.

As another reviewer mentioned, there is no drain plug. You've got to deflate the pool to empty it. Usually after a full day or 2 of play, the water gets a little cloudy. Adding a couple tablespoons of bleach helps to keep it clear maybe a day or 2 longer than that. I use an old splatter guard from the kitchen to get all the bugs out in the morning and evenings. You can also buy a cover.

To store it, I find it helpful to reinflate the pool after emptying it. Wipe it down with a clean cloth and let it air dry completely, then deflate it and roll it up tight. It has kept great for the last 2 years in a deck box, despite the frigid winter weather.

Enjoy!
