Got it for our dog. Jan 26, 2010
By M. Rigdon I bought this for our German Shepherd to play and cool off in during the summer. Honestly there's not much to say. It served its purpose as a small pool. I will note that we were worried about the dog's toenails punching holes in the bottom but we used it all summer without a single puncture.

I purchased this pool based on the earlier reviewer who said that this pool was great for her german shepherd. My 50 lb coonhound tore a hole in it in about 10 minutes (and she wasn't attacking it or anything - just jumping and playing in it. I'm going to replace it with a hard plastic one, and would suggest other dog owners do the same.
I gave it 3 stars because the pool is for kids, not dogs. It's probably 4 stars for kids; 1 star for dogs. But I felt that I needed to share so that others didn't think this was a great idea for pooches.

By bandwidow For the price, this is a great little pool. My 10 year old and 2 year old played in it comfortably. Obviously, it's a wading pool for my 10 year old but she and a friend fit fine with legs outstretched. Easy set up and take down. Less slippery than the hard plastic pools. Would recommend.

Kiddie pool you don't have to blow up Sep 12, 2010
By Dani I had a kiddie pool that had to be blown up for my 2 yr old son. It was annoying because every day I needed to refill it a bit. Not to mention cleaning it out each day was so hard and took so long. This pool is smaller than the one I had but no inflation needed. Just open it, fill it with water, done! The best part is cleaning it out is so simple. You simply press the side down. I am very gentle with this pool but no issues with holes, etc. It is worth the small price for sure.

By hawakeita We bought two of these pools because they were easy to pack in suitcases heading out to Mali, West Africa. One for our house in Bamako and one for the family homestead in Sikasso. My daughter is loving having this pool available to her in the daily 100 degree weather, which is cold season for Mali. Her cousins who have never seen such an invention are also enjoying it greatly. Awesome purchase choice by my husband. If you'd like a photo of my girl in her pool happy as a clam, let me know.
