Need a completely level lawn Jun 04, 2010 This will be the 4th weekend we have tried to get this pool up. As other reviewers stated unless your lawn is completely level you will have problems. Our lawn was about 8" off. We filled in with sand,surrounded by boards, raked, used a level, used string, did everything we were supposed to. When we filled we could tell it was a little off. My daughter got in, water started going over the off side and then it was like a tidal wave and washed sand away. This was going to be my mother's day dream present and it has turned into my worst nightmare.

BEWARE Jun 01, 2010 I bought this on monday and returned it on tuesday. If the ground is not 100% level, don't waste your time. It looked fun and easy. It was neither. Other people say it was fine, but they also said they were level. My backyard was off by about 6 inches left to right and that was enough to only let the pool fill about 20 inches. When you first fill it if one inch of water is not even you will probably have a problem. Good luck getting it back in the box. Lesson learned.

The Filter pump May 25, 2010 The pool is great! The filter that comes with it stinks! It has no power-it constanly has air in the lines. This filter is not powerful enough for this size pool. I ended up spending an extra $160.00 to get a filter powerful enough to clean this pool properly. I called Intex-they don't care and Customer Service at Amazon wasn't much better! The connections for the filter hoses to the pool are very flimsy.

good bang for the buck May 22, 2010 I got this pool delivered for like $250 which is great, because it saved me a trip to Wal-Mart and all the hassle of buying it and loading it into a cart and loading into the car and bringing it home, which in itself is a $100 value.
I set it up in an hour and it took a day to fill. I have bought these pools before and I expect them to last through at least 1 summer. This is my thrird one, the last one lasted 2 summers. Kids are 4 & 7 and it's perfect for them, will get a bigger one when they are older.

Swimming Oct 19, 2009 Kids love this pool. Had to purchase a larger filter as the one this came with wasn't sufficient to keep things clean. Other than that, a great product!
