Description
Filters 800 gallons (3028 L) of water per hour. 120 volt AC pump with safety certifications and listings by UL and CSA. Recommended for Intex 15' Easy Set?äó and Frame Set?äó pools as well as similar sized pools from other manufacturers. Hosing is 1.25" ID (inside diameter). Hardware stores will carry plumbing adapters that will allow you to use this pump with pools that have hook-ups with a larger or smaller inside diameter. Installation is very easy - just hook-up the hoses and plug the pump into a 110 to 120 volt outlet. The pump is double insulated for safety and long life. Pump features an air release valve for air trapped inside the filter chamber. This pump uses Intex filter type "A" (product #59900E)

POOL PUMP Feb 27, 2010 WE HAD A HARD FREEZE, FOR THIS AREA OF MISSISSIPPI, AND APPARENTLY MY OLD PUMP FROZE AND WHEN THE TIMER TURNED ON, THE PUMP MOTOR/ROTOR JAMMED AND DID NOT WORK AGAIN. I ORDERED THIS NEW PUMP TO INSTALL WHEN THE WEATHER WARMS UP AND ANY POSSIBILITY OF ANOTHER FREEZE IS PAST. THIS IS THE THIRD PUMP OF THIS KIND THAT I HAVE AND IF I CAN GET TWO YEARS OUT OF IT I WILL BE HAPPY. THE PUMP WAS DELIVERED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST THAT I COULD FIND.
Practical and Effective Nov 03, 2009 I wouldn't exactly call a pool pump/filter a "toy".... It's a reasonably priced and effective pump/filter for an above ground swimming pool. Our previous model was a little cheaper and only lasted about 6 months. This looks a bit sturdier and seems to be doing the trick! I gave four stars (instead of five) since I have no idea how long this is going to work ~ I'd need to see at least a season's worth of use!
It worked for 6 months Oct 28, 2009 Can't find any warranty info on this product. I bought mine for under thirty dollars so it doesn't hurt so bad. Will contact Amazon to see if They can help Me.
When It did work, It was a strong little pump. Would have the water in Our 4x12 pool swirling pretty good.

Oct 09, 2009 Well first of all I'm impress how quickly I got it, most companies usually take up to two weeks to shio and I got mine in 4 days,.... the only thing I'm concern is I didnt receive any receipt or document in case I need it to return the product or to service it, but overall Im very happy that I chose Amazon.com to buy it, definetly I will buy more products from it.
