Shuler We bought the intex 12'x 30" easy set pool 2 seasons ago and it got several holes in it due to the harsh winter we had.We had stored it flat under a tarp.So I bought this one because I have an uneven back yard and it would lean to one side and was never 30" tall.I love this pool! It looks better and it 30" tall regardless of what kind of yard you have!I highly recommend this pool.I am 5' 4" inches tall and I can sit on the bottom and it comes up to my chin.

Fun, but not durable Aug 18, 2009
By Z. Wang I like this pool. We got this from target a couple of month back and also added the salt water system to automatically generate chlorine. All in all, it works well. The kids love it.
There are two issues that I see with this pool: - kinda small, only 3m in diameter. If I buy again, I'll get the 18'x52' one, assuming I move to a house with a bigger yard ;-) - the legs/poles are not durable. Mine already got rusty after 2 months, without the slightest abuse by the kids. There is no way this can be re-used again next year. That might be what Intex wants anyway ;-( If I buy again, I might look at the ultra metal frame one, which is supposedly made of galvanized steel. I am not sure how rust-resistant galvanized steel is, but I wish it is made of stainless steel.
BTW, if you want a deal, right now is a good time to get one from target. It is 50% off at target local store...

By Mrs. Monique A. Schwarz We got this pool, it was easy to set up and it is the perfect size for our family. My kids love it and my husband and I can easily sit on the bottom with the water to our necks. For the price, you cant beat it. I would totally recommend this pool.

By R. Robinson If you want something fun for the kids thats cheap and easy to set up this pool is for you. Should you level the ground? YES? did I? NO! So, the water splashes over the side that is a bit low when we splash around, no big deal. Even if the pool only lasts for the summer for a hundred bucks for daily use is not a bad deal. Get it & have fun! Note: is is a cool off pool only for the adults, no lap swimming in a 10 foot round pool.

As products go, they are ok. merely OK.
But what you should be aware of is if you need replacements parts, you are on your own. The filter pump went out after 4 months use. So I thought it would be easy to get a replacement part. Easy. Right?
No. Most retailers will not carry these parts. You are at the mercy of Atex's very high prices if you order from them. Amazon lists them, if at all, at very high prices. Please beware of the shortage of replacement parts, because like I said, you will be on your own.
CRYING KIDS BECAUSE OF PRODUCT FAILURE OR LACK OF PARTS IN YOUR CITY IS NOT A PRETTY THING. JUST KEEP WALING UNTIL YOU FIND A PRODUCT THAT HAS PARTS IN YOUR OWN CITY.
