The Excalibur Electronic Motorized Pool Lounger features a twin-propeller with controls to go forward, backward, in any direction. By R. Brayton Bowen I have purchased three of these. Two were from Sharper Image and both were non-functioning and had to be returned for credit. One was purchased through SkyMall and never operated properly. For a year and a half I struggled with customer service, who admitted the technology was flawed in the original version. They were to ship replacement parts - four mailings of wrong goods later, they promised to replace the original unit with a brand new one. It never came, and now Excalibur says they cannot help me. Only buy this product if you are prepared to accept inferior materials and p*** away a lot of bucks. Good luck.

By Tammy K Green Came with one of the motors not working. I am trying to get my money back because they dont have parts to send you. You have to go through the excalibur company for a refund.

By James Cook I had owned some Excalibur products in the past so when I found them for a greatly reduced price on Amazon, I was quite excited. However, this lounge chair arrived with 2 non-functional motors. Amazon replaced it immediately; the replacement has one functional and one non-functional motor. If I can't get the motor working I am returning this one as well but for a refund and I won't be buying any more Excalibur products.
