Poor design and poor quality Dec 02, 2009
By J. Koon
"grasshopper80"
Nearly everything about this water gun was disappointing for me. First, the description of it being pressurized misled me. I was assuming it would require several pumps to build up pressure like a super soaker. However, this gun releases water anytime you use the pump. I could have figured that out since the pictures don't show a trigger, but a better description would have helped too. Also, the "turbo" factor is a wasteful design. The plastic, spiral, water-bottle like, insert in the middle of the gun doesn't even fill with water, which seriously detracts from the gun's capacity. The only part of it that fills with wateris a little tube that runs around the outside of the plastic resevoir to create the "turbo" factor which is a gimick. It does shoot water a good distance with good force. The biggest complaint from me is the constant leaking from all areas of the gun. Not only does it leak from the cap if you put it down, but it also drips out of the front of the barrel. After about 10 pumps it began leaking constantly from the seam that runs down the entire bottom of the gun. It is not a quality product. If I were just using it in a pool where it didn't matter if it leaked, it would be different. However, not being able to leave a water gun filled with water because it leaks everywhere is silly. It leaks constantly. That wasn't even after hard use. I tested it by firing it several times into the bathtub and it began leaking. Waste of money. On the plus size, it is huge and heavy. So if you need a blunt object to fight off wild dogs and while getting leaked on, this is your water gun.

It's OK. There are others that are better for less. Mar 18, 2009
By T. S. Chabuz The Cyclone is OK. You should know that I purchased a Shark at Toy'R'Us for[..]and it is superior. It shoots farther. The Cyclone's capacity is more, but more is relative. The Shark has good capacity and it shoots a good 30 feet plus. The Cyclone shoots 25 plus.
You choose.
Not as cool as it looks Sep 09, 2010
By cynthadeltorro This water gun is far less cool that it looks. The water stream is thin and not very powerful. The spiral hose and clear resevoir are strictly ornamental. Spend the extra money and get a better water gun.
heavy water gun Sep 05, 2010
By Limei Cheng my son and my nephew like it very much. However, after a few minute, the body was filled with lot of water in that transparent part but not the water sink for pumping. So it's very heavy for kids even for myself.
not worth the discounted price Jul 24, 2010
By Bill D. Holton bought at a deep discount off season and still it was a waste. Did not perform as expected. leaks and not good pressure..
