I ordered this pole for my pool because it was the lowest in cost I could find. They tend to be expensive. When I received it in the mail, it was packaged in paper wrap. Paper wrap, really? The metal on it was all dinged and dented and looked terrible. I returned it, and amazon refunded me the pole cost, but not the $20.00 shipping I had to pay to send it back. All in all, I had nothing and paid $20.00 for it!

By William Glenn Cooley Watch out for a sharp burr on the end of the pole. After two season's of use the holes elongated. I'll probably cut off the end and drill new holes. The pole works well, but long term durability is lacking.

By D. Michaels I bought this pool pole from Amazon 8 months ago, and have used it several times a week since. I have absolutely no complaints. It is well-made, it does the job, and it doesn't seem like it's about to break any time soon. Obviously, the blue finish will get scratched with use, but other than that it is very durable. Free shipping from Amazon makes a difference (typically $10-$15 elsewhere for shipping).
