Flotation pads are not easily removable Mar 02, 2009
By N. Wolanski I just purchased this for my daughter to use for two reasons -- warmth for her swimming lessons and flotation to practice her new skills. The description says that you can remove the flotation pads when the child is confident in the water and just use the suit for sun protection, but please note that the pads are sewn into a pouch, so you need to cut the pouch to get out the pads (ie, not designed to be removed and reinserted). Since she can't use flotation devices for her lessons, I had to cut the pouch, which was less than ideal. I'll rig up something with velcro, but just thought it would be helpful to know. Also, the care/washing instructions are only in Spanish. The suit itself is good and seems like a good product, but we've only used it without the flotation devices so far.

This suit is impossible to put on and off! It was a total waste of money! We had another brand last year, and it was the easiet thing to put on and off. This one is so difficult, now I have to spend more money to buy a new one! A friend of mine bought the same suit and had the same problem!

By Amazon Buyer I purchased this product for my daughter who is 3 years old. I only trust this type of float suit for my children because she is unable to remove it on her own. It keeps them afloat and still allows them to practice their swimming strokes. My only complaint is when she needs to use the bathroom, it is so hard to remove especially when it's all wet. If they can just have a detachable bikini bottom, this product would be PERFECT.

Bought for my almost two year old, after a month of use the stiching is falling apart and the body glove logos faded/ came off. This suit is a POS! Pain in the butt to put on and take off, my son hates it..
