5 years later and going strong Aug 10, 2010 i have had mine since june 2005 and TODAY august 9th 2010 mine ripped on the side, i was able to patch it with the repair kit, but i will be looking for a replacement an end of summer sale. I only paid about 180.00 for mine i got it as an end of summer sale. BUT mine has lasted over 5 years. I did not leave it out in the sun when not in use, i never folded it wet, always left it inflated to air dry before putting away, put it back in its bag.
This slide is awesome and i am the most popular parent on the block. I have gotten my moneys worth and then some!
HIGHLY recommend this slide.
BUT follow my directions for putting it away, if you get lazy with it, it may not last as long
Great water slide! Jun 30, 2010 We bought this slide 3-4 years ago and Im surpised with how well it's held up to my own three kids and our entire neighboorhood kids' abuse. It did develop one tear in one of the footholds, the stitching came out, but despite that little tear it holds up extremely well!! The blue material is starting to wear in the splash area so Im hoping it'll survive this summer. We more then got our money worth! I'd purchase it again.
Had four years and still going! May 26, 2010 UPDATE: No sooner than I finished this review, my product got a big hole in it. It's more of a rip, I guess. It's about 5-6 inches long and has a 3 inch rip to make it a "T." However, it's lasted through three previous summers, but it would be nice for something that costs $200 to last longer than that.
My husband and I figure we've had this water slide for about four years and it's still going. The first time we used it, we had several kids playing on it, including one big fellow of about 150 pounds or so. I was afraid he was going to bust it b/c he kept going over the end, but it held up! My only complaint is the water spray assembly is now tearing up and I cannot seem to find a replacement. I've scoured the internet and even found the website of the manufacturer, ToyQuest, but their site does not have a place to order replacement parts. Guess I'll have to keep using duct tape and super glue until I can find a new one. Otherwise, we have thoroughly enjoyed this water slide. I have two girls who are now 9 and 13. Still loving it!

Mom of two and the neighborhood Sep 12, 2009 I purchased this slide to replace a previous one we had for two years, which we loved.The previous one had two slide lanes side by side, which I think is much better for multi kids.
I was a little disappointed when we recieved this one, it is not as tall as you would think. My oldest son is 9 and it's not much of a slide for him. The slide has been pretty durable,considering it has been used almost daily for three months by atleast a half dozen kids. It's been jumped on, slid on, and climb on in every imaginable way. We've had one hand hold strap to pop loose, and two of the water weights leak at the seams. Other wise the slide has done great considering the heavy use and being out in the weather daily sense we got it.
I would recommend it to others, if you only have a couple small kids. But if you have older ones(5-9), or have the neighborhood kids over a lot, I would recommend getting the double laned one, it is a little taller, has a larger landing, and holds up great as well. But fair warning, if your worried about the water bill, don't purchase one of these. They use a lot!
Good clean fun! Sep 11, 2009 Love this product. It is my 2nd one. Enjoyed by 3 year old up to 9 year old. Sturdy and lots of fun. Folds up for easy storage. Hardest thing is to get it good and dry for storage. Used my 1st one for 3 years. Would recommend highly!
