Fun but not durable Sep 14, 2009

By redhot First the float does support heavier people. However, when I received this float it already had a hole I had to repair. It was also missing the cap for the large plug. Luckily I have a twin size air mattress that had one that fit. Also, this is NOT for anyone over 5'3". I'm 5'8" and it only comes maybe mid calf. It's perfect for my girlfriend who is 5'. Difficult to lay on your stomach because pillow is so high. Would have returned but wasn't worth the hassle.

By Scuba Girl I have a number of mesh floats, and I prefer this one over all the rest. The ones with the spring in the outside rim, the plastic rim breaks after about the 2nd year and pokes through the mesh. This one does not have the hard plastic rim. This is the only mesh pool float that I do not feel as if I'm going to fall out of it. It is so comfortable that I find myself nearly falling asleep. This was the only one like this that I bought for myself; the other mesh pool floats are the other kind with the plastic rim. My daughter came over with my grandchildren and used this one and didn't want anything to do with the other kinds - and now I have to buy more. No one wants to use the other mesh pool floats anymore.

By Kelly G. Wilson It is OK, but if I were to buy again, I would buy the ones like this that have the spring rim around the edge. They are much much nicer. Next season I will order the ones with the spring rim. Our old ones finally died and I bought these. I seriously doubt they will last as long as the other ones, but I will replace them anyway.
